megan - maryville tennessee photography

so i thought it was due time to update the blog. so much has happened since july. i've learned so much with each photo shoot and get more and more excited about spending more time doing so.

i recently did a shoot in this cute little town called maryville, tn. they have an awesome downtown and my friend megan was kind enough to be my model. here are some of my favorite shots from that day. i hope to have the opportunity to work with some high school seniors in the town. :)

peaches

this past weekend i had the chance to do a study on the peach stand i grew up working at. my parents still run the stand in the summers and have the best peach ice cream in the world! these are a few of my favorite shots.

new camera

i finally got the new camera!! my awesome husband was so gracious to get me the camera i wanted as an anniversary gift. he loves me. :)

during our 4th pool party we took over 600 shots!!

today i was able to participate in an awesome summer extravaganza and was able to get some great shots there as well. a few of my favorite shots from this week are below.

first blog

okay guys and gals. well this is my first official blog. shawn and i are both very excited about the photography thing. i'm so anxious to get my new camera and start shooting!!! lately i have done nothing but notice every photo op around me! i'll be sure to post pictures on here and keep you updated as to my work.
